Our Underwriting Manager is Judy Andreoli. Judy has been with Key Home Mortgage since 1992. She has been approved to underwrite for United Guaranty, GE and RMIC. Her expertise has earned the “Premiere Compliance” distinction, allowing Key Home Mortgage to underwrite it’s own files for many investors. Judy has extensive experience with Conforming, Jumbo, FHA and VA loans. And, unlike a bank’s underwriter working for the bank, Judy uses her expertise to help qualify clients for the best rates available.
